- To qualify for a return, the item must still have the plastic wrapping intact on the handle. Please refrain from removing the plastic as it helps us assess the condition of the item accurately.
- The item is unused and shows no signs of use or dirt:
- The defective item must be returned in its original condition, free from any signs of use or dirt. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged due to customer mishandling.
- Complete Packaging and Original Condition:
- To ensure a successful return, please package the item securely and include all original packaging components. This includes any paper backings or packaging materials that were originally included with the item at the time of purchase. This condition applies specifically to customers who purchased the item with paper backings.
- Return within 3 days from the order:
- Please initiate the return process within 3 days from the date of your order. Returns requested after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Shipping and Handling:
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the defective item. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.
